Welcome! Command Precisions, Inc. (“Command Precision” or “we”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand the information that we collect and how we process the information we collect.
This Privacy Policy describes the information that Command Precision collects (directly or indirectly) when you use www.commandprecision.com (the “Website”) or from third-party data providers (“Data Providers”) and why we collect it and what we do with the information we collect.
The information we collect on the Website depends on how and why you use the Website.
From some Data Providers, we collect hashed email addresses about consumers in the United States. From other Data Providers, we collect not only hashed email addresses but also the domain and time stamp when consumers visit third-party websites, browser languages and types, device types and operating systems, IP addresses and similar data not directly identifying an individual person, all of which are used for targeted advertising (“Web Traffic Data”).
We also may collect information in other ways that are disclosed to you at the time information is collected from you or with your consent.
Command Precision may use cookies, pixel tabs (also known as web beacons, flash cookies and clear GIFs) and similar data collection technology on the Website and on third-party websites when we have permission.
A cookie is a small data file that contains a unique identification number that a website places on your hard drive when you visit a site. The cookie stores information about your computer, the type of browser you use, and how many times your computer visits a certain site.
On the Website, our cookies enable us to track how often users are using the Website and the specific pages visited and other user preferences and actions. You can refuse to use cookies by turning them off in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use the Website.
On third-party websites, we use third-party cookies to link hashed email addresses with Web Traffic Data. We refer to this linked data as “Match Data.” Match Data does not directly identify an individual person but could be used to indirectly identify an individual person.
To learn more about cookies generally, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
Command Precision may use clear GIFs (also known as pixel tags, web beacons or web bugs) on the Website. A clear GIF is computer code that contains a unique identifier that enables us to monitor user activity and traffic of the Website. We use GIFs to gather aggregate information on visits to the Website, track usage of website links and assist with registration and other features.
We also use Google Analytics on the Website, which is a Google service that collects aggregate information about use of the Website and reports website trends. Google Analytics does not directly identify individual users. You can learn about Google’s practices at https://safety.google/privacy/privacy-controls.
Our Policy On Do Not Track Signals. Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome) incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain personal information about the browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, many website operators, including Command Precision, do not respond to DNT signals.
We use information collected on the Website to operate the Website, including:
To inform you about our resources
To improve the Website and develop new products and services
To prevent, detect and fight fraud or other illegal or unauthorized activities
To ensure legal compliance
We use Match Data to help our customers better target their online advertising.
We also may use information in other ways that are disclosed to you at the time information is collected from you or with your consent.
We share information collected through the Website with third-party service providers to help us operate and improve the Website, including data hosting and maintenance, analytics, marketing and security operations. All of our service providers must adhere to confidentiality and data protection obligations that are consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may ask for your consent to share information collected through the Website with third parties in ways not described in this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will make clear why we want to share the information. We may collect and aggregate information about users of the Website (such as how many persons visited a particular page) and share it with our promotional partners and affiliates but this aggregated information does not include information that directly identifies any individual person.
We share Match Data with our customers when they enter into binding license agreements with us. We require that our customers protect the Match Data with the same degree of care as described in this Privacy Policy.
We also share information that we collect:
We use physical, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, theft and loss. We restrict access to information to those employees who need to know that information to perform their job functions.
Although we take precautions intended to help protect information that we process, no system or electronic data transmission is completely secure. Any transmission of your information is at your own risk. Please use appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.
We may suspend your use of all or part of the Website without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security. You understand and agree that we may deliver electronic notifications about breaches of security to the email address on record on your account.
If you believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as permitted by our contracts with Data Providers, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Please note that we often need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and our databases and other records may have residual information that we will not remove. We also may not allow you to review, correct or delete certain information for legal, security or other reasons.
If at any time you believe that we have not adhered to this Privacy Policy, please let us know. We will use good faith efforts to determine and correct the problem.
